DURATION: 3 hours, 10AM – 1PM

Skill Level: Advanced Beginner / Intermediate

This bootcamp will focus on navigating your way through one of the hardest areas in the game; The Transition Zone (No Man’s Land). We will work through patience, restarts, communication with your partner(s) and soft pickups, so you can get up to the kitchen line with speed and force. We will focus on repetition and specific drills to get out of No Man’s Land to transition from defense to offense with one or two shots.
